With over 16 years of dedication to the industry, Roz leads with compassion, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of quality. He is the foundation of daily operations and excels in building strong networks to support the company’s continued growth. When he’s not overseeing the business, you’ll find Roz cooking for his family, enjoying a round of golf, or tending to his beautiful garden.
Lakesha
CFO & Administration
As our CFO, Lakesha plays a key role in keeping the company’s operations running smoothly. She manages financial matters and internal communications, ensuring everything from client coordination to budgeting is handled with precision. Lakesha is truly the glue that holds it all together. In her free time, she loves traveling with her family and exploring new experiences.
Vegas
Operations Manager
Vegas brings extensive experience to RA Signs Inc. as our Operations Manager. With a deep understanding of every service we offer, he effectively oversees project execution and leads installation teams with confidence. He’s also instrumental in training new team members. Outside of work, Vegas enjoys spending time with his family and playing various sports.

Graphic Designer & Sign Installer
Roz combines artistic talent with technical skill as both a graphic designer and sign installer. He brings client visions to life, ensuring every design is tailored to the final product. Always eager to learn and adapt, Roz contributes to both the creative and hands-on aspects of our work. In his spare time, he enjoys grilling and weightlifting.

Karina leads our marketing efforts with a strong focus on building customer connections. She bridges the gap between us and future clients by generating leads and managing outreach across multiple platforms. With a passion for creativity and communication, Karina enjoys photography and staying active through fitness.
